Every client has an account on our client portal, which keeps everything streamlined for your sitter! You can schedule services, contact us, manages invoices and payments, upload documents and information, and more! If you’re needing help filling out information or scheduling services, please don’t hesitate to email us and we’ll get you taken care of!

Client Portal


Every potential booking comes with a free meet & greet. Meet & greets for drop-ins and walks are up to 30 minutes and meet & greets for overnights are up to 45 minutes. Please note: We do not do meet & greets if we do not have a confirmed booking. 

Meet & Greet


Within a week of our meet & greet a 50% deposit is due on bookings that exceed $150. The other half of the cost is due at time of stay. For bookings under $150 payment is due at time of service. We take payment via check or PayPal. Payment is due in full before services are rendered.

Booking


You'll get a full refund if you cancel by 12:00 noon 7 days before the stay begins (12:00 noon is determined by Pacific Standard Time). You will get a 50% refund for stays cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours before the stay is to begin. There is no refund for stays canceled within 48 hours of the stay beginning (such as if the owner decides to come home early).

Cancellation Policy


There is a $25 charge for any extra trips after the first covered meet & greet, whether it be to get a key, return a key, meet you/your pets again, etc. Please have a key ready at the meet & greet, lockbox, or hide it somewhere before the sitter arrives for the stay. Returning of the key is best done via lockbox, hiding it somewhere, leaving it inside the house, inside the mailbox, etc. or if you would like to hire us again in the future we are happy to hold onto the key for future use.
 

Key Fee


Holiday rates are an additional $10 per service per day, or night if it is overnights.

Due to the high demand for services during the holiday season, stays that include any of the following dates will be priced at the Holiday Rate for 2019: Martin Luther King Day: January 17 - January 22, President's Day: February 14 - February 19, Memorial Day: May 23 - May 28, Labor Day: August 29 - September 3, Indigenous Peoples' Day: October 10 - October 15, Thanksgiving: November 26 - December 2, and Christmas and New Years: December 20, 2019 - January 2, 2020.

Due to the high demand for services during the holiday season, stays that include any of the following dates will be priced at the Holiday Rate for 2020: Martin Luther King Day: January 17 - January 22, President's Day: February 13 - February 19, Memorial Day: May 21 - May 26, Fourth of July: July 2 - July 7, Labor Day: September 3 - September 8, Indigenous Peoples' Day: October 8 - October 13, Thanksgiving: November 23 - November 30, and Christmas and New Years: December 20, 2019 - January 3, 2020.

Because of the nature of many people leaving town during the Thanksgiving and December/New Years holidays, a 50% deposit is due at time of booking with the other 50% due before the stay begins.
